I think most korean families have at least 2 refridgerators. One for Korean food, and one for American food. And if you have a busy mom like I do, things get thrown into the refridgerator because she insists she'll use it sometime, and they get forgotten.

So last night, mother and daughter took our respective refridgerators and did a little spring cleaning. At 11:30pm. Man... some of the stuff we found. hahaha. I scrubbed and reorganized til the wee hours.

Brought back memories of my freshmen year. My work-study job at IGS. The crazy secretary had me clean the communal refridgerator. Let me tell you, that sucker was NASTY. GSI's are NASTY. The business office ladies (who agree with me that the secretary is senile) came in asking why she was making me clean. First off, the refridgerator hadn't been cleaned in years. Secondly, it SMELLED. I pulled out the produce drawers and there was a pool of water at the bottom of the fridge. Sitting on the pool of water was a FILM OF MOLD. That's what I had to clean.

I'm just glad we cleaned our fridge before it came to that.
