I've been consistently working out for the past 3-4 months now. And I think I've been eating better, though I do have days that aren't so good. But overall after this slight change, you would think I would be losing some weight, right? NOPE. The scale hasn't budged.
I bring this up because I just read an article this morning. It said lack of sleep might be a reason that you don't lose weight. Now as I'm typing this, I'm about to conk out on my keyboard. Lack of sleep has been a big issue for me. Not that I stay up and can't fall asleep... I just wake up never satisfied. So that's what I'm going to think. Way better than the other option... that even after all that exercise, I'm just gonna be this size forever.
