My brother and I get along pretty well now. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that he lives away from home. I'd like to think we both matured some. But growing up, he was the thorn in my side and I was a big cry baby. He knew how to push my buttons. I'd run to my mom every day crying, because he would not leave me alone. That's how bad it was.

I also have a tendency to talk in my sleep. I've said random things from "$27!! That's Cheap!!" to mumbling in Korean (so my roommate Kristy tells me). But the best sleep talk, according to my sister, which also proves how tormented I was growing up... I yelled out "DAVID!!! HAH JI MAH!!!!"

He's nice now. Still messes with me a lot. I always sign my emails, "your super cool noona," but he always replies "to my super dork sister" instead. He still has some learning to do.

Hey, you want to go?

I don't know how it worked in Southern California middle schools, but when I was in middle school, that's how a boy asked a girl to be his girlfriend. My friend and I were reminiscing of simpler days, and also laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. In those days, if a boy's friends knew he liked a girl, and wanted to ask her to "go" (not go out with me, just go), his friends would tell her friends, and next thing you knew there was a huge crowd gathered around them after school waiting to witness this new relationship to be born.

These were days filled with he said/she said, but at least the friends were there to move things along. Of course, these were also the days the boy would dump the girl if he heard through the grapevine that the girl was planning to dump him, so that he could be the dumper and not the dumpee. (did you follow?)

Another SF relationship lingo... trippin. Meaning, the stage before you guys officially became boyfriend/girlfriend. "Are you guys dating?" "No, we're just trippin'." I don't know how that word came to be, seeing that in all other areas, the only way people use that phrase is when you do or say something dumb that calls for a "You trippin, girl!"

Kids are funny. We thought it was such a big deal then, and that we were acting so mature... Who knew it would get even more complicated.

(For those of you who like to read into things, no I'm not going through relationship drama. I was just reminiscing with a friend this past weekend and thought it was funny. Don't bombard me with "So who is it?" questions. Thank you)

One of my all time favorite movies is "While You Were Sleeping." And I found that Lilliene loves that movie as much as I do. Kind of random, huh? We were trying to figure out what it is about that movie that we love so much. I think it's the fact that the whole movie is a little dorky. The whole family, Sandra Bullock, Bill Pullman. Love them all.

April 22 is the next exam date. It's full of tax questions and I hate studying it. I'm fighting the urge to just say screw it and go watch a movie instead. I know it's for my future, yada yada yada. There's a copy of "While You Were Sleeping" that I picked up on sale at Borders, sitting on my desk just screaming my name.

I'm starting to feel a little sick. Scratchy throat. Sniffly. I'm downing Airborne because this weekend is my fun weekend. Friends, Zachary's, and dancing. Can't get much better than that.

THANK YOU~!

A big thank you for all the phone calls, messages, IM's, cards, flowers, and love.

Going from 4 years of never getting any flowers to an abundance this year. I had flowers sent to the office... TWICE. It's a wonderful feeling. :)

24 is off to a wonderful start.

WHY AM I SO FREAKIN GULLIBLE???
I picked up my car yesterday. Smooth ride home. But I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for a while.

Thank you, Gower and Daniel. I feel so loved. :)
