My parents can't drive just yet. So they've resorted to taking little walks around the neighborhood.
During one of these walks, my mom has discovered a patch of dandelions. Of all the weird things Korean people eat, dandelion leaves are one of them (min-duh-leh). So of course, my mom being the resourceful Korean woman that she is, picked a whole bunch of leaves to mix in our salad for dinner last night. She says it's healthy.
So a bunch of dandelion leaves found in the backyard were mixed in in our salad. I tried to pick around it, but all I gotta say is that stuff is bitter.
One more thing... I sure hope none of my neighbors have dogs.
